Michael is a nice man and he likes to help everyone that he can. However, our web site is often found by inquiring individuals all over the world. We frequently get requests for help from people who are well out of our normal service area. For those of you who live out of state, when possible, it is best to find someone who can help you in your area. Sometimes you simply cannot find anyone in your area and your needs do not involve a clock you can send to us. If this is the case and you need over the phone advice on anything clock related, whether it be a repair or a purchase we are more than willing to spend adequate time with you for a fee.
